Response Time
Our support team aims to respond to most requests within one business day. Simple questions and basic account queries are usually handled quickly. More complex matters, such as KYC checks or disputed transactions, can take longer to investigate and resolve and may require additional documents. Response times depend on issue complexity and verification steps, so we appreciate your patience.
